Belarus local time on July 2nd, a collective contract signing ceremony was held in China -Belarus megalith industrial park, Chariman of Fast Group and General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd., Mr. Yan Jianbo and General Manager of Belarus Maz group, Ivankovich on behalf of both sides, signed the Cooperation agreement on the establishment of Fast & Maz Co., Ltd. and held a stone-setting ceremony. This is the second overseas enterprise invested and built by Fast along the "One Belt And One Road" line after the establishment of the factory in Thailand. It is the substantial achievement and significant progress achieved in the steady progress of Fast's "5221" strategy, and it explores a new path to help Shaanxi catch up and surpass and deeply integrate into the "One Belt And One Road" construction.

On the afternoon of July 2, Belarusian Minister of Industry, Mr. Utiupin, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, Mr. Zhao Gang, Party Secretary of Weichai group, Mr. Xu Hong and other 100 guests from all sectors of the community including Chinese and Belarus governments, business communities and news media attended the signing and foundation laying ceremony.

Mr. Yan Jianbo represents Fast group and delivered a speech, he said, Fast & Maz Co., Ltd is an important milestone for Fast to deeply integrate into "One Belt And One Road" and fully implement the internationalization strategy of Shaanxi provincial party committee, provincial government and Weichai group. It marks another new step for Fast in the globalization layout and international development. Today's foundation laying ceremony is not only an important achievement of the "One Belt And One Road" international cooperation between China and Belarus, but also a new platform for Weichai power, Fast and Maz group to carry out cooperation in a wider range, at a higher level and at a deeper level in the future. It will also push both sides of the joint venture towards a new and further development goal.

In Mr. Ivankovich’s speech, he said the Fast & Maz joint venture will strengthen our market position in traditional products and achieve success in new markets. In view of our friendly relationship with our Chinese partners and Fast, the joint venture's transmission products have an advantage over other suppliers, and the Maz vehicles matched with Fast transmission will be more competitive in the CIS and other markets.

Maz group is one of the largest commercial vehicle production enterprises in Belarus, the main production of various kinds of vehicles, passenger cars, tractors, dump trucks, SUVs and all kinds of professional transportation automobile chassis, etc. Its product share in Belarus commercial vehicle market is more than 90%, and is great in the commonwealth of independent states (CIS). Its products are also exported to the rest of the world.
