The spotlight fell on the company's latest breakthroughs, including its intelligent and new energy solutions such as the Fast Gear "Beyond Drive" and "e-Gallop" systems, as well as smart manufacturing automated production line units, which are driving upgrades for global commercial vehicles.

Highlighted Innovations:

1. FTC500 + F12JZ320A-2 + FHB400A Fast Gear "Beyond Drive" Integrated Hydraulic Heavy-Duty AMT

    As China’s first AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) integrated with a hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic retarder, this product fills a domestic technology gap and breaks foreign monopolies. Capable of transmitting up to 5,000 N·m torque, it significantly enhances heavy-duty vehicle acceleration through torque amplification during startup. The highly integrated electromechanical system features torque/speed limiting, intelligent automatic shifting, and ensures both driving safety and comfort.

2. F12HA280-2 Integrated Hybrid Transmission Assembly

   China’s first P2 hybrid transmission combines a mature P2 architecture with next-gen integrated shifting and clutch control mechanisms. Inheriting the strengths of the "Beyond Drive" series—high load capacity, efficiency, and durability—it integrates a water-cooled flat-wire motor to optimize multiple operating modes for hybrid vehicles, boosting fuel efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.

3. FP6AL140 + FTLW331 Power-Shift Transmission for Construction Machinery

   Developed to address reliance on imported construction machinery transmissions (notorious for low reliability and insufficient power), this power-shift transmission features a split torque converter-transmission design, one-way clutch, and rear-mounted power take-off (PTO) for versatile power demands. Its wet clutch shifting and electro-hydraulic proportional valve control enable seamless full-power gear shifts with minimal shock. With high/low gears and 2WD/4WD modes, it delivers robust off-road performance and highway efficiency.

4. FEB4S4M Intelligent Brake-by-Wire Commercial Vehicle EBS

   Fast Gear’s independently developed brake-by-wire electronic braking system (EBS) features self-designed controllers and algorithms. Compared to traditional systems, it reduces braking response time, shortens stopping distances, and optimizes braking force distribution. Advanced functions include anti-lock braking (ABS), brake pad wear monitoring, electronic stability control (ESC), and master-trailer coordination, significantly enhancing safety and driving experience. The system already supports over 10 functions, including brake force compensation and brake management, with scalable future capabilities.
